By creating an account, browsing flights, or making a booking on SkyAdeal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or as a registered agent, you additionally agree to comply with the applicable B2B usage terms described throughout this document.

To book flights or access agent/admin tools, you must register for an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Flight availability, pricing, and schedules displayed on SkyAdeal are sourced from airline partners and third-party inventory systems and may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Once a booking is confirmed and a PNR is generated, the ticket is subject to the fare rules and policies of the operating airline, in addition to SkyAdeal's own service terms.

SkyAdeal wallet balances may be used to pay for bookings instantly. Wallet top-ups are processed through supported payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and RuPay.

• Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts
• All wallet transactions are recorded in your account ledger
• Unused wallet balance does not expire unless stated otherwise

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility are determined by the operating airline's fare rules at the time of booking. SkyAdeal facilitates the cancellation request but does not guarantee refund amounts set by third-party airlines.

Registered agents booking on behalf of customers are responsible for the accuracy of passenger details and for communicating fare rules to their clients before confirming a booking.

Administrators managing flights, inventory, or user wallets must operate within the access levels assigned to their role and are accountable for actions taken through their admin credentials.

While using SkyAdeal, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent bookings or payment activity
• Attempt to access accounts, wallets, or data that are not your own
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform systems
• Misuse agent or admin privileges beyond their intended purpose

SkyAdeal acts as an intermediary between travellers/agents and airline partners. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or losses caused directly by airlines or third-party service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyAdeal's liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of SkyAdeal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of SkyAdeal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
